* We do not accept changes to addresses and orders nor do we accept cancellations from customers under any circumstances. Please take care at check-out before payment to include the correct information and order the correct items. Thank you for your understanding.
*As stated in our Terms & Conditions , we reserve the right to cancel orders anytime as we see fit without recourse and correspondence may or may not be entered into. Should an order be deemed as being fraudulent for any reason we will cancel the order and refund without correspondence. Any fraudulent or suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. Any addresses that cannot be validated or contain a business address, locked bag or P.O BOX will be cancelled and refunded.
*Once an order has been delivered either to the residence directly or to a local post office pick up point , it is considered to be delivered and we have no further responsibility in this regard. If an item is returned to sender because customers have sent it back without authorisation , no refund will be issued. Sometimes these actions incur a fee from couriers which will be passed onto the customer should this happen. In addition “return to sender” initiated by customer will incur a restocking fee of $30 and no refunds will be issued (only credits for any balance left) No credits for postage paid can be credited as this has been paid to Australia Post.
