We ship via Australia Post.
* Dispatch for all orders is 1-6 weeks *
Items are all sent via Australia Post and can be tracked on the Australia Post website after your item has been dispatched. (You will receive an email when this happens)
Estimate- currently -ALL ORDERS will take 1-6 weeks when we send/dispatch them. This length is due to covid19 courier and postage delays both internationally and locally. As soon as they are available to dispatch we do so promptly.
Time frames for dispatch are estimates only. Please be aware that some delays may occur from time to time however these are rare and absolutely out of our control. Please be aware of these potential delays when planing your special events as we cannot be responsible for you not reading this information before check-out.
Pre-order and Made to order items also take approx 1-6 weeks to dispatch.
Shipping and handling costs are calculated at Check-out.
At present - $10 flat rate standard shipping - Free standard shipping For orders over $150.
Express shipping calculated at check-out . Express is offered as an option , however please note that express will only mean that when your order is ready for dispatch ( 1-6 weeks ) it will be sent express if you paid for this option at check-out . Normal time frames for dispatch still apply.
We deliver to Australia resident addresses.

* We do not accept cancellations from customers under any circumstances. We cannot be responsible for customers not reading terms and policies before purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
*As stated in our Terms & Conditions , we reserve the right to cancel orders anytime as we see fit without recourse and correspondence may or may not be entered into. Should an order be deemed as being fraudulent for any reason we will cancel the order and refund without correspondence. Any fraudulent or suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. Any addresses that cannot be validated or contain a business address, locked bag or P.O BOX will be cancelled and refunded.
*Once an order has been delivered either to the residence directly or to a local post office pick up point , it is considered as being delivered and we have no further responsibility in this regard. If an item is returned to sender because customers have sent it back without authorisation , no refund will be issued. Sometimes these actions incur a fee from couriers which will be passed onto the customer should this happen. In addition “return to sender” initiated by customer will incur a restocking fee of $20-$50.
