RETURNS POLICY

This Returns Policy is apart of the Terms and Conditions of this site.

Your happiness and satisfaction is extremely important to us here at Baby Boho Collection.

We gladly offer a return policy on everything sold on our website , for whatever reason when items are returned within 7 days of receipt subject to the terms and conditions set out below. 

Terms and Conditions:


1. If the item you have bought does not suit you for any reason, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it to receive a store CREDIT.  Credits are a form of refund and are valid for 4 weeks. Once credits have been issued by Baby Boho Collection it is deemed to be a refund of the amount owed to you and thus complete. Therefore no extensions will be granted or correspondence entered into. 

2. Exclusions for returns are - any accessories, tights ,discounted items, bundles, free items, on sale, inspirational cards, clearances, on special, hair accessories, hats, hair accessories, handmade items and handmade tutu outfits. These items are not returnable.

3. Please notify us and we will confirm by providing a return address to send your item back. Customer is responsible for the costs of sending it back and its safe arrival to us.  If items are not received in the time frame provided then a return will not be honoured and customers will need to arrange to pay a fee to have it sent back to them.

4. Once received in the above time frame, in original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, we will process the Store Credit for you. This will be in the form of a code linked to your name and details which can be used instore.
The original postage is not covered in the return amount as this is non-refundable. As mentioned above credits valid for 4 weeks with no extensions granted. We do not offer change on credits so they need to be used in full, one time only. 

5.FAULTS: If you received an item that is damaged or has a manufacturer fault or receive the wrong item sent to you via our error, we will resolve issues quickly for you.  Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order. Please email us 4-5 pictures of the item/s clearly showing the item/s and the manufacturing fault, damage or the wrong item received. You will be required to send the wrong item or faulty item back to us within 48 hours however we will let you know if this is required. If advised we will send you the return address. This does not accept liability until garments /items are inspected for manufacturing fault/ damage once we receive them back.   Note* We will not cover damage done to the garment through wear and tear and the washing process as we cannot prove the garment care was adhered to and that due care was taken in garment washing and care.  We do not cover malicious damage done to the garments and items. Please contact us if you have any questions and you think there is a manufactures fault/damage. If you did receive an item with a manufactures fault/damage or the wrong item you are entitled to be compensated and we will resolve the issue promptly for you. 

7.CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO ORDERS:  We do not offer cancellations or changes to orders for any reason.  
This is tied up with warehousing and suppliers not offering us cancellations or changes.  Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening as we cannot be held responsible for your order going to the wrong address that you supplied to us.

8.Note: When items are returned our team will inspect / verify the products before we issue a Credit for returned items.  Baby Boho Collection reserves the right to refuse any issue of credits for returned items if time frames or listed criteria is not adhered to or the item/s does not fit the return criteria.

 

9.* Note- Should delivered orders be returned to sender for whatever reason the customer will need to contact us and explain why the goods have come back to us. The customer will need to pay a re-delivery fee if they ask us to resend it and this will be agreed upon at our discretion. If we agree to resend then a re-delivery fee is payable and if this is not paid by the customer within the given time frame their items will be returned to stock and there will be an administration and restocking fee of $20 deducted from credits given. Store credits will be given in these instances, not refunds. Store credits will be less $20 restock/admin fee and no original postage will be refunded as credit at all. In addition , if Australia Post or couriers used in delivering your order decide that a return to sender status (caused by the customer) needs to generate a fee from them then this fee will be customer’s responsibility and also deducted from any credits. Any costs over and above the amount originally paid will be invoiced to the customer to pay. 

10. If anything looks suspicious or comes up on our alerts as high alert for any reason we will refund and cancel the order. Orders that get flagged as fraudulent may be cancelled without reasons given or recourse. There may be no communication with customers and we reserve the right to cancel any orders as we see fit without explanation.

11. OUT OF STOCK: If your item is no longer available or there were problems with the stock for some reason preventing us from fulfilling your order, we will let you know immediately and refund you for the item. We will send you an email advising you of any problems.
