This Returns Policy is apart of the Terms and Conditions of this site.
Your happiness and satisfaction is extremely important to us here at Baby Boho Collection.
We gladly offer a return policy, for whatever reason when items are returned within 7 days of receipt , subject to the terms and conditions set out below. (some exclusions apply)
Terms and Conditions:
1. If the item you have bought does not suit you for any reason, after it is delivered to you, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it to receive a store CREDIT. (exclusions apply see below) Credits are a form of refund and are valid for 4 weeks. Once credits have been issued by Baby Boho Collection it is deemed to be a refund of the amount owed to you and thus complete. Therefore no extensions will be granted or correspondence entered into. Credits cannot be used with other discount codes and cannot be used to purchase postage as this is a separate charge.
2. Exclusions for returns are - bundles, incentive buys ,clearance, on sale items, all accessories, discounted items, swimwear, handmade items, handmade tutu outfits, gifts and gift packages, These items are not returnable.
2a- To initiate a return please notify us and we will confirm by providing a return address to send your item back. Customer is responsible for the costs of sending it back and its safe arrival to us. If items are not received in the time frame provided then a return will not be honoured and customers will need to arrange to pay a fee to have it sent back to them.
3. Once received in the above time frame, in original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, we will process the Store Credit/code for you. This will be in the form of a code linked to your name and details which can be used on the website at check-out. Credit codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes and promotions.
The original postage is not covered in the return amount as this is non-refundable. As mentioned above credits valid for 4 weeks with no extensions granted. We do not offer change on credits so they need to be used in full and valid for one time only.
4.FAULTS: If you received an item that is damaged or has a manufacturer fault or you receive the wrong item sent to you via our error, we will resolve issues quickly for you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order. Please email us 4-5 pictures of the item/s clearly showing the item/s and the manufacturing fault, damage or the wrong item received. You will be required to send the wrong item or faulty item back to us within 48 hours however we will let you know if this is required. If confirmed we will send you the return address. This does not accept liability until garments /items are inspected for manufacturing fault/ damage once we receive them back. Note* We will not cover damage done to the garment through wear and tear and the washing process as we cannot prove the garment care was adhered to and that due care was taken in garment washing and care. We do not cover malicious damage done to the garments and items. Please contact us if you have any questions and you think there is a manufactures fault/damage. If you did receive an item with a manufactures fault/damage or the wrong item you are entitled to be compensated and we will resolve the issue promptly for you.
5.CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO ORDERS: We do not offer cancellations or changes to orders for any reason.
6.Note: When items are returned our team will inspect / verify the products before we issue a Credit for returned items. Baby Boho Collection reserves the right to refuse any issue of credits for returned items if time frames or listed criteria is not adhered to or the item/s does not fit the return criteria.
7. OUT OF STOCK/CANCELLED/REFUNDED ORDERS : If your item is no longer available or there were problems with the stock for some reason preventing us from fulfilling your order, we will let you know immediately and refund you for the item. We will send you an email advising you of any problems.
*Once an order has been delivered either to the residence directly or to a local post office pick up point then it is considered to be delivered and we have no further responsibility in this regard. If an item is returned to sender because customers have sent it back without authorisation or its been returned due to lack of picking it up from collection point, no refund will be issued. Sometimes these actions also incur a fee from couriers which will be passed onto the customer should this happen. In addition “return to sender” initiated by customer or collection point , will incur a restocking fee of $15 and no refunds will be issued (only credits for any balance left) No credits for postage paid can be credited as this has been paid to Australia Post. We will not resend packages that have been RTS. Please keep an eye on your package and reach out to us anytime if we can be of assistance. Items can be tracked via the Australia Post website.
*As stated in our Terms & Conditions , we reserve the right to cancel and refund orders anytime as we see fit without recourse and correspondence may or may not be entered into. Should an order be deemed as being fraudulent or suspicious for any reason, we will cancel and refund the order without correspondence. Any orders with addresses that cannot be validated may be cancelled and refunded. We do not sell to re-sellers or on-sellers. Using multiple alias to disguise your identity and providing false and misleading info will be viewed as suspicious and orders may be cancelled and refunded. No correspondence will be entered into. *Any fraudulent and suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities.
Additional info -
When refunds are initiated by us they happen immediately our end. However your bank needs 5-7 days usually to process these funds back into your account/credit card. Check with your banking account/organisation to ensure they have done this.
Returns take 24-48 hours to process after returned goods have been received and inspected.
